A pedestrian died after he was hit by a Toyota Camry early Sunday morning in the 16500 block of Westheimer.
The man, Keven M. Harris, was in the middle of the road when he was struck by the vehicle at about 3:39 a.m., according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, which said Harris did not yield right of way to the Camry. He died from his injuries at Katy Memorial Hermann Hospital.
The driver, James Farinas, was not injured and did not show signs that he was impaired, that office said. The sheriff’s office is investigating.
