Microsoft today released a new Xbox Insider Preview build to the Alpha ring, which brings the build number to 15039. Among other things, it fixes an issue with multiplayer mode in some games.
It’s been almost a week since the last one , but Microsoft today released Xbox Insider Preview build 15039.1004 to the Preview Alpha ring. The build string is rs2_release_xbox_1703.170221-1900 and it comes in at 451MB.
Normally, the Alpha ring receives two to three new builds per week, so obviously this week’s pace has been slower. The reason for this is that build 15038 had a networking issue that prevented certain games from connecting to multiplayer, and Microsoft wanted to wait until that was fixed to release a build.
