After years of having the navigation buttons “wrong”, Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and S8+ will now allow users to choose what is good for them, thanks to the devices’ omission of physical navigation buttons.
If you are a lifelong Samsung Android user, you might not know this, but the navigation buttons on your devices have actually been in reverse order from what is considered “normal”. Yes, that means that all this time, the firm has placed the back button on the right and the recent apps button on the left, when they should’ve been flipped. Naturally, the comfort of the configuration is a matter of opinion, but those that have cursed the setup will now have the option to change that setting with the newly announced Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.
