At a meeting of House of Councillors Budget Committee executives, the ruling party presented the document listing exchanges between Akie and the wife of Yasunori Kagoike, head of the school operator, Moritomo Gakuen.
In the messages, Akie says she does not remember giving him the money as a donation from the prime minister or receiving a lecture fee of 100,000 yen, as Kagoike claimed during sworn testimony before parliament Thursday.
