It was an emotional Millie Bobby Brown who took to the stage at the MTV Movie & TV Awards in LA on Sunday.
The 13-year-old Stranger Things star was unable to hold back the tears as she accepted the award for Best Actor In A Show.
The crying actress appeared visibly shocked by her win, as she thanked her fans and colleagues during the awards ceremony.
‘First of all, I want to thank everyone who voted and especially MTV, ‘ she said.
‘I want to thank the cast and crew, who have become my family. You guys, I love you.’
The British actress last year became a fan favorite playing Eleven in the cult Netflix show.
She described her character as a ‘bad ass’ in her acceptance speech, thanking the show’s creators, brothers Matt and Ross Duffer for creating ‘a bad ass female iconic character that I’ ve got the honor to play’.
The surprised star was seen embracing her colleagues, before taking to the stage to accept the popcorn shaped trophy from Baywatch stars Alexandra Daddario, 31, and Zac Efron.
Millie was seen hugging Zac, 29, who appeared equally as excited by her win.
The pair later shared a sweet moment, with the young actress nuzzling her head against the hunky actor’s chest.
Meanwhile, her Stranger Things co-stars were spotted cheering her on from the star-studded audience.
After accepting her award, the teen beauty showed off her trophy for photographers backstage.
Dressed in a long-sleeve white sequinned shift dress, the actress looked stylish at the event.
She topped off her look with a pair of white leather cowboy boots.
Her short brown hair was slicked back for the awards show, and she sported a natural makeup look.
Millie kept her accessories simple, opting only for a few fine silver rings.
And Zac wasn’t the only star Millie rubbed shoulders with at the event.
She was spotted chatting intimately with Emma Watson, 27, and Hugh Jackman, 48.
She also posed for photos alongside Cara Delevingne and Paris Jackson, 19.
In an interview with People on Sunday, Millie confessed she and Cara, 24, had become friends, with the two regularly ‘texting’.
