John Claude Gummoe, original lead singer of’ 60s vocal group The Cascades, will perform at Resorts World Manila’s Newport Performing Arts Theater on Aug. 3.
The singer will celebrate his 79th birthday a day prior to the event. The Cascades, whose hits include “Rhythm of the Rain” and “The Last Leaf, ” will perform with a guest artist, former The Lettermen vocalist Mark Preston.
