Fox News Channel has cut ties with co-host and contributor Eric Bolling and canceled his show, the network said Friday.
“Fox News Channel is canceling ‘The Specialists,’ and Eric Bolling and Fox have agreed to part ways amicably, ” the No. 1 cable news channel said in a statement.
Bolling was suspended in August after the Huffington Post, citing sources, reported the married 54-year-old texted photos of male genitalia to three female colleagues several years ago.
In lieu of “The Specialists” at 5 p.m. FNC, in the interim, will produce a news show with a rotating cast of anchors.
Bolling’s co-hosts, Eboni Williams and Kat Timpf, will remain with the network as contributors.
Meanwhile, Fox Business Network host Charles Payne, who was suspended in July over sexual harassment allegations, returned to host his show “Making Money with Charles Payne” on Friday.
