The pop star accidentally revealed her nipple to the crowd at her “Piece of Me” residency in Las Vegas Wednesday night.
The 35-year-old singer, clad in a skimpy-black corset, thigh-high boots, black hat and a red boa, had just turned her back on the audience when she spilled out of her top during a dance.
The “Toxic” singer suffered a similar nip slip in February when she popped out of a green one-piece on stage.
