The crash happened about 8:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18
HOLLAND, MI — An 18-year-old killed when a pickup collided with her bicycle at a U. S. 31 intersection has been identified as Yen Ngo of Rock Island, Illinois.
Holland police said Ngo was visiting the Holland area.
She was riding a bicycle west on 16th Street about 8:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18 when she was struck by a 1998 Ford Ranger going south on U. S. 31.
Witnesses told police the pickup had a green light.
The pickup driver, identified as 21-year-old Joshua Powers of Holland, was not injured.
