“…only to be diagnosed as a psychopath.”
During North Korea Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un’s New Year’s Day address, he issued a warning to the U. S. that a “nuclear button is always on the desk of my office.”
In response, President Donald Trump used Twitter to send a warning of his own.
He suggested that someone from Kim’s “depleted and food starved regime” tell him the president also has a nuclear button, “but it is a much bigger and more powerful one” than North Korea’s:
North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the “Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.” Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!

On Tuesday, the U. S. and Canada will host a meeting in Vancouver to evaluate how pressure can be put on North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons program.
The same day the meeting is set to take place, Rodong Sinmun, the newspaper of North Korea’s ruling Workers’ Party, published an article about Trump’s tweet.
“The spasm of Trump in the new year reflects the desperate mental state of a loser who failed to check the vigorous advance of the army and people of the DPRK,” Tthe Associated Press reported the editorial said. “He is making (a) bluff only to be diagnosed as a psychopath.”
The AP added that a summary of the commentary by North Korea’s news agency described Trump’s tweet as “the spasm of a lunatic.”
