A 15-year-old girl who might be the most recent victim of convicted pedophile Larry Nassar confronted him in court Monday — and said Michigan State University is still billing her mom for appointments he used to molest her.
Emma Ann Miller took a deep breath, asked the judge for permission to address Nassar directly and then unleashed her fury.
“I have never wanted to hate someone in my life, but my hate towards you is uncontrollable. Larry Nassar, I hate you,” she said.
“I will work on forgiving you, as I know that is what God wants. But at this moment, I will leave forgiveness up to Him,” she said.

Miller said “instead of just sitting there, acting weak and feeble,” Nassar could actually do something to help his victims heal.
She said the disgraced doctor who also worked with USA Gymnastics “could start writing down each and every time” officials at MSU, USAG and the Twistars USA Gymnastics Club in Lansing, Mich., could have, and should have, stopped him.
“You need to do redeeming acts. You need to put others first,” she said.
Miller started her powerful victim impact statement by revealing her final appointment with Nassar was in August 2016. A week later, he was let go by MSU, she said.

“I am possibly the last child he will ever assault,” she said.
Miller then claimed MSU Sports Medicine is still trying to collect money for his treatment.
“My mom is still getting billed for appointments where I was sexually assaulted,” she said with disgust as her mother stood behind her in live video streamed from the courtroom.
An MSU spokesman said Monday afternoon that Miller’s claim was already under review.
McKayla Maroney says Larry Nassar ‘deserves life in prison’
“I, of course, do not have access to patient records, billing or otherwise. But this has been passed on to the people who handle that to address, and what I can tell you is that patients of former MSU physician Larry Nassar with outstanding bills will not be billed,” MSU spokesman Jason Cody told the Daily News.
Nassar, 54, pleaded guilty in November to molesting athletes when he was employed by MSU.
Olympic gold medalists Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney, Gabby Douglas and Jordyn Wieber have all stepped forward to say Nassar sexually assaulted them during treatments.
Wieber broke her silence Friday when she addressed Nassar in the Michigan courtroom where he’s due to be sentenced this week.

Raisman also made a surprise appearance Friday and gave a fierce rebuke to the man already serving a 60-year sentence for child pornography.
“Larry, you do realize now that we, this group of women you so heartlessly abused over such a long period of time, are now a force and you are nothing,” Raisman said as she shot a fierce look at him sitting in the witness box.
“You are so sick. I can’t even comprehend how angry I feel when I think of you. You lied to me and manipulated me to think that when you treated me, you were closing your eyes because you had been working hard when you were really touching me, an innocent child, to pleasure yourself,” Raisman said.
The extraordinary sentencing hearing was in its fifth day Monday and is expected to last through Wednesday with more than 120 women asking to deliver victim impact statements.
Larry Nassar must listen to his victims for as long as it takes
Nassar’s sex abuse convictions carry a minimum of 25 to 40 years in prison. Prosecutors have asked the judge to sentence Nassar to 40 to 125 years.
