A year in review.
Saturday marks the one-year anniversary of President Donald Trump taking office, and many liberals have had a hard time accepting him as their president. Despite insisting that it would be undemocratic if Trump refused to accept the outcome of the election, they themselves pivoted to insisting Trump is “not my president.”
With that said, the “Resistance” has come up with a variety of ways to reject the president, with varying degrees of success. Here are the top 10 strangest ways liberals have tried to resist Trump.
It was the scream heard around the world. Shortly after Trump was sworn into office, a protester — who made sure the camera was on them — screamed “No” at the top of their lungs. Of course, the internet later memed it, forever immortalizing it into the turbulent meme economy.
Screams were not the only way people showed their displeasure. Instead, some opted to riot in Washington, D. C., and cause property damage. In total, the riots did over $100,000 in damage and nearly 100 people were arrested.

Just a day after screaming-at-the-sky lady, singer Madonna wanted to one-up her by telling a cheering crowd during the Women’s March how she had seriously contemplated on blowing up the White House because Trump now occupies it.
“Yes, I’m angry. Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House,” she said.
Despite the winter season, people in Chicago took to the streets to pull down their pants and moon a tower the president was not in.
Named “Operation Kiss Our Asses, Release Your Taxes,” the protest was described as a way to show that the people wanted to see Trump’s taxes. “Donald Trump doesn’t think the American people want to see his tax returns, so let’s show him that we do in the classiest way possible,” the event description said.
Kathy Griffin made headlines in May after posing in a photo shoot that depicted her holding Trump’s severed head. In the months since, Griffin says she can hardly work within the United States and claims she has been blacklisted. In an interview with the BBC’s “HARDtalk,” Griffin called Trump a Nazi.
Nov. 8 will be a sad day for the “Resistance” for some time, as it marks when Trump unexpectedly won against Hillary Clinton. On Nov. 8,2017, people once again took to the streets to scream at the sky in rage.

At the Magic Kingdom in the Walt Disney World, a robotic President Trump was recently installed in the Hall of Presidents. One man shot video of himself screaming at the robot, admitting, “I’ll never get this close in real life probs.”
As expected, people watching the attraction didn’t appreciate his antics.

How do you incorporate all Democratic voting targets? A book of course.
Advertised as a “book to help resist Trump” by Slate, the book details the struggles of Aziz, “a cheetah in a faltering heterosexual marriage who explores the boundaries of his sexuality with the help of a gay fox.” Oh, and Aziz is a Sudanese immigrant.
