Baldwin County Coroner John Gonzalez says the man had no major visible injuries at the scene.
A Milledgeville man had some kind of medical emergency right before his car crashed Sunday afternoon.
According to Baldwin County Coroner John Gonzalez, it happened on the westbound side of Gordon Highway in Baldwin County.
Gonzalez says one of his deputy coroners worked the accident, and reported that 69-year-old Robert Jorgensen was behind the wheel of the vehicle, but appeared to have only minor injuries.
Gonzalez says it looks like Jorgensen had a heart attack or a stroke that caused his car to leave the roadway.
