Over the past few weeks, we have learnt a lot about the yet-to-be-launched OnePlus 6, all thanks to the information revealed by leaks and sometimes even by the company itself. Now, we’ve stumbled upon a new piece of information about the upcoming high-end smartphone, and this time it is regarding a new colour variant.
A new poster which was leaked in China reveals that the OnePlus 6 could be launched in Coral Blue colour. The Chinese smartphone maker stuck to classic colours such as Black, Gold, Silver, and White over the past few years. However, it plans to bring more colour options for its customers. It started this year with a Lava Red colour variant of the OnePlus 5T, and it could release a blue-coloured variant of the OnePlus 6. That’s not the only thing that we got to learn about the phone. The phone has already been confirmed by the company’s official to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. Going by the leaked poster, we can also see that the phone will feature 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, and up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. The 6GB RAM variant could feature 64GB of internal storage, while the 8GB RAM variant could come with 256GB storage.
The OnePlus 6 could also feature the same 16MP+20MP dual-camera setup as that of the OnePlus 5T. However, there could be several improvements which haven’t been listed in the posted. The phone could also feature a newer version of its proprietary rapid battery charging system dubbed Dash Charge v2. It can provide a full day’s worth of power within 20 minutes of charging. In comparison, the first version of Dash Charge could charge the phone’s battery up to 60% in 30 minutes.
