Today, OnePlus has made an announcement of its collaboration with Marvel Studios to mark its 10th Anniversary launching Avengers: Infinity War themed OnePlus 6 edition. The film “Avengers: Infinity War” arrives in theatres on April 27,2018.
In a media note, the company said that “OnePlus’ association with Marvel Studios is a manifestation of the enduring love and support they have garnered from its respective community over the years with a purpose to go beyond the ordinary and achieve groundbreaking innovations in mobile technology only to create the best user experiences.”
In December, 2017, OnePlus teamed up with Disney to introduce OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition, which proved a great deal of success among audience.
OnePlus 6 is expected to launch sometime soon, however, the release date has not been announced yet. The most recent rumors suggest that, OnePlus 6 features a 6.28-inch QHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 because of its notch design. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with 6GB and 8GB variants. OnePlus 6 is expected to be launched with in-built storage capacity as high as 256GB.
Recent teasers also hint on new gestures for the alert slider and water resistance on the upcoming smartphone. OnePlus 6 may run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, and will be backed by a 3,450mAh battery.
