Tigers pitching Chris Bosio will miss today's game with illness

Bosio started to feel unwell on Monday, manager Ron Gardenhire said.
CLEVELAND — Detroit Tigers pitching coach Chris Bosio will miss Tuesday’s game after he started to feel unwell on Monday.
Tigers manager Ron Gardenhire said doctors were running tests, but declined to be more specific.
Tigers bullpen coach Rick Anderson will move into the dugout and serve as pitching coach. Tigers roving minor-league instructor A. J. Sager, who lives in Toledo, drove over to Cleveland and will serve as bullpen coach on Tuesday.
“(Bosio) started feeling not-good last night. He went to see the doctors and they’re running some tests on him,” Gardenhire said. “We’ll see how he does and they’ll let us know. That’s all we can say.
“Yesterday he started having a few issues not feeling well. He stayed around for the ballgame and made it through. But we’re just making sure he gets checked out by the doctors…. I talked to him a couple times today. He feels a little better but still they want to run some tests.”
