Tim Allen appeared Tuesday in the first teaser for “Last Man Standing” Season 7 on Fox. ABC canceled the popular series last May.
“Look at that. Look, it’s a fox,” Allen’s wife on the show, Nancy Travis, explains as the two sit around a campfire in a video posted on YouTube, according to Fox News Wednesday.

Allen’s character, Mike Baxter, responds, “What is it?” as he looks at something off-screen.
“Yeah, a fox,” Vanessa Baxter [Travis] responds.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you,” Allen replied. “What is that?”
“A fox,” Travis says once more, before Allen explains, “I know somebody’s gonna be happy you said that three times.”
The series returns to TV September 28th after being canceled last May from the ABC network. At the time, the show averaged 8.3 million viewers for the 2016–2017 season. “When I heard the offer to create more episodes of ‘Last Man Standing,’ I did a fist pump so hard I threw my back out,” he added. “It’s the fans! I could not be more grateful for the fans who wrote petitions and kept up the passion and incredible support for the show.”
“And a fist pump — ouch — for Dana Walden and Gary Newman at Fox for not only listening to the fans but for making the bold move to bring ‘Last Man Standing’ back,” he continued. “I’m sure audiences will be curious to see what we look like after all these years. Oh, has it only been one year? Well, just goes to show you, a lot can happen in a year.”
The show is about a married man who is outnumbered by his wife and three daughters and how he maintains his manliness.
