Country singing group Rascal Flatts stopped their concert Thursday night in Indiana; attendees were told by security to evacuate the building over “security issues.”
“Due to a security concern at the show last night, standard procedures were quickly executed and everyone was able to safely leave the building,” a post on the band’s Twitter account read Friday.

Indianapolis – Due to a security concern at the show last night, standard procedures were quickly executed and everyone was able to safely leave the building.

Concertgoers told the Associated Press that the group didn’t come back out for an encore during their show at the Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center Thursday night.
A message over the loud-speaker told the fans that the show was over and to evacuate the seating area. One fan, Andy VonDielingen, said that he witnessed a “disruption” in the general seating area closest to an outdoor stage, according to the Indianapolis Star.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s office refused to provide details on the situation to the outlet and would only say that the matter was an “open investigation.”
