Dec. 10 (UPI) — The Fearless Girl statue returned to the streets of Manhattan on Monday — to a new home outside the New York Stock Exchange.
The four-foot bronze statue of a girl standing tall with her chin up had faced the iconic Charging Bull statue in Bowling Green Park in March 2017 in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Fearless Girl, which was installed by the financial firm State Street Global Advisors, was supposed to have only stayed for a few days but the city decided to keep the statue there because of its popularity.
