Resident Evil 2 demo players who want to find a way around the 30 minute time limit can use this workaround on PC until it inevitably gets taken down.
Capcom is building hype for its upcoming Resident Evil 2 remake release with a special time locked demo. The demo starts players off as Leon standing in the main lobby of the iconic RPD. From there, players have 30 minutes to explore the station and complete some simple objectives while fighting and dodging the undead. After the 30 minutes is up, players are unable to access gameplay again and have to wait for the real release. At least, that’s how Capcom intended for it to go down…
Considering that there is also a Resident Evil 2 PC version, it’s no surprise that some of the community has already been working to crack the demo and allow for unlimited time and replays.
