A Colorado man accused of killing his fiancee pleaded not guilty Friday to charges related to her death and disappearance.
May 24 (UPI) — A Colorado man accused of killing his fiancee pleaded not guilty Friday to charges related to her death and disappearance.
Teller County District Court Judge Scott Sells scheduled the trial for Patrick Frazee, 32, for Oct. 28, court spokesman Rob McCallum said in a tweet.
Frazee faces one count of first-degree murder, three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder and one count of first-degree felony murder for the death of Kelsey Berreth.
