Marshae Rogers was last seen June 16, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. She is a 5-foot-7, 140-pound girl with brown eyes and black hair.
The man driving the Jeep was dead at the scene while his passengers, a 19-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman, were taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.
