The biggest stadium in the NFL won’t be empty if Jerry Jones has anything to say about it. As some NFL teams announce they will play fan-less home games and others hold out hope for limited capacity seating – all in line with different local and state guidelines amidst the COVID-19 pandemic – the Dallas Cowboys don’t expect to let their cavernous home go quiet. “The Dallas Cowboys plan on playing all of our football games,” Jones told reporters Wednesday, “and we plan on playing them in front of our fans.” Texas currently allows 50 percent capacity for sporting events. With standing room under normal circumstances, the capacity of 80,000-seat AT&T stadium – nicknamed “Jerry’s World” – can climb above 105,000, as it did for the opener in 2009.
