A familiar face returns with paintings and statues for sale, but which of Redd’s artwork is real and which is fake? Find out with our ACNH art guide.
The 1.2.0 update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons saw the return of several fan-favorite characters from previous Animal Crossing games. This included Redd (or Jolly Redd, as he prefers to be called these days), a fox known for his shady business practices and products, and his somewhat shaky history with Tom Nook. Unfortunately for players, he’s still up to his old tricks.
In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Redd can occasionally be found selling works of art from his boat on the island’s northern beach. However, not all of the paintings and statues that he’s selling are legitimate. Forgeries cannot be donated to the museum, so those hoping to complete their collections will need to be able to tell which of Redd’s artworks are real and which ones are fake.
