The outage occurred around 11 a.m. Some customers were reportedly stranded on rides, stuck aboard an unmoving Monorail or trapped in the dark on the It’s a Small World ride, they vented on social media.
Customers have since been escorted off the dozen rides affected by the outage, KABC reported. No refunds are expected to be issued, according to the L.A. Times.

At 12:44 p.m., park officials wrote on Twitter that they were still working to restore power to parts of the park. At 1 p.m., they wrote that the park would only be accepting guests for re-entry for the rest of Wednesday.
„Why not relax and join us for a vacation to a galaxy far, far away. What’s the worst that could happen?“ the park’s account Tweeted early Wednesday morning before the outage began, as if tempting fate.
„Hmmm I don’t know maybe a major power outage and being stuck on a hot monorail car for an hour??? Oh wait,“ one unhappy customer replied.
