Bobbitt sued its organizers Kate McClure and Mark D’Amico this week, alleging they used the fund for trips, shopping sprees, and gambling. On Thursday, a judge ordered the couple to turn over the money to Bobbitt’s attorneys within 24 hours for a full accounting by Sept. 10. A lawyer for the couple, who previously cited concerns about Bobbitt’s drug problem, says he’s already received „cash and goods and services of over $200,000.“ Bobbitt puts the figure at $75,000, reports the Cherry Hill Courier-Post .
