The New England Patriots have extended one of their key offensive players, Super Bowl LIII MVP Julian Edelman.
The veteran receiver has signed a two-year extension that will keep him under contract through 2021, according to ESPN and NFL Network, and it’s worth $18 million ($12 million of it guaranteed).
Edelman, one of Tom Brady’s most trusted targets and one of the top slot receivers in the NFL, will turn 33 on Wednesday.
