The Boston Children’s Museum is prepared to open its doors to the public later this month, the institution announced Saturday.
The museum shared its plans a day after Boston Mayor Marty Walsh said cultural institutions and museums would be allowed to open starting Monday as the city’s Phase 3 of reopening begins.
“WE’RE REOPENING! Our smiles are ear-to-ear underneath our masks!” the children’s museum wrote on Twitter. “The Museum will open to members on July 17th, and then to all July 22.”
The museum said the biggest measure being taken is timed ticketing. The museum will be open with two daily time slots, 10 a.
