At least 15 people were killed Thursday after a blaze occurred at a residential home for the elderly in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. The fire broke out in the second storey of the home. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky described the incident as “a terrible tragedy” and said 33 people had been in the building when the fire broke out.
