February has been a real mixed bag for Netflix movies. With Valentine’s Day in the middle of the month, you might expect romantic movies to dominate the list, but that is not the case—streaming subscribers were just as likely to watch a movie about a chainsaw-wielding maniac this month, or the very unromantic Tinder Swindler, about a man who pretends to fall in love with women in order to con tens of thousands of dollars out of them. There were some, however, who wanted a little romance. Among the other films that made the most watched list in February are the regal romance The Royal Treatment, and the Spanish romance Through My Window. Who stars in it: Laura Marano and Mena Massoud. What is it: The ninth film in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, but one that ignores the previous seven films and sets itself up as a sequel to the first film.
