Neato is now informing customers that it is permanently cutting off cloud support for its discontinued line of robot vacuums, such as the Neato D10 or D9, according to emails first spotted by The Verge.
This means you won’t be able to control your device via the MyNeato app on your smartphone or create your own customized cleaning routines, making manual operation the only option going forward.
