BITTER DIVIDE<br \/>Saudi Arabia has resisted U. S. pressure to restore ties with Doha following Khashoggi\u2019s murder, an act that drew condemnation and scrutiny of Riyadh\u2019s assertive regional policies.<br \/>A U. S.
