The crew members were on a refueling aircraft when they slammed into a fighter jet off of Japan\u2019s southern coast last Thursday, military officials said.
The U. S. military had been searching for the missing Marines, but suspended the search Monday and declared them dead. Their names were not immediately released.
Two crew members on the fighter jet were rescued after the collision, but one later died.
The Marines were stationed at an air base near Hiroshima.
