The phone arrived as the world\u2019s first smartphone to be powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 processor. Ever since the launch, the company has been selling the Realme U1 via weekly flash sales on Amazon India. Now, the company has announced that the Realme U1 \u2013 at least one of the variants \u2013 will go on via open sales in the country starting December 17th.<br \/>Realme has announced that the Realme U1 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant will be available via open sale starting from December 17th. The smartphone will be available via Amazon India as well as the company\u2019s website. The Realme U2 price in India for the 3GB RAM variant is Rs 11,999. As far as the device\u2019s 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model is concerned, the handset is still being sold through flash sales in the country. This variant\u2019s next flash sale has been scheduled for December 19th.<br \/>The Realme U1 specifications include a 6.3-inch full-HD+ tear-drop display. Powered by the Helio P70 processor, the handset is equipped with an ARM G72 GPU. The storage capacity of the smartphone can be increased up to 256GB by inserting a microSD card. In the imaging department, the device has a dual 13-megapixel + 2 -megapixel camera on the back, aided by an LED flash unit. For selfies, the handset is packed with an impressive 25-megapixel Sony IMX576 sensor on the front with an aperture of f\/2.0, aided by an AI Beauty+ feature.<br \/>In terms of connectivity, the Realme U1 sports dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, a micro USB port, and GPS with GLONASS.
