Now, the South Korean tech giant\u2019s European arm has also announced yet another Galaxy A series smartphone called the Galaxy A40. The phone has arrived as the second handset from the brand to flaunt a 25-megapixel camera sensor on the front for selfies and video calling.<br \/>Dutch e-tailer Belsimpel has started taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy A40 for \u20ac249 (~Rs 19,500). The phone is available in four colour variants \u2013 Black, Blue, Coral, and White. The handset will be officially unveiled at an event on April 10th.<br \/>The Samsung Galaxy A40 has arrived as a mid-range offering. The smartphone sports a 5.9-inch Super AMOLED full-HD+ Infinity-U display and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device is powered by an in-house octa-core Exynos 7885 processor, aided by Mali G71 graphics. The handset has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. Software-wise, the phone boots Android 9.0 Pie out of the box, with the newly introduced One UI on top.<br \/>In the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy A40 has a 16-megapixel primary snapper, accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary shooter. The handset is capable of recording 4K videos. As we\u2019ve mentioned above, on the front of the phone, there\u2019s a 25-megapixel selfie sensor. In terms of connectivity, you get 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
