\nGarner, N.C. \u2014 A Garner woman faces a murder charge for a shooting at her home on Halloween. Garner police tweeted Sunday before 10:30 p.m. that they were investigating a shooting on Annotto Bay Lane. Peggy Sylvania Yarborough,59, was arrested early Monday on a charge she killed Delquan Douglas, with whom she shared an address. Wake County property records show that Douglas owned their home. Police did not say what led them to suspect Yarborough or what her relationship with Douglas was.<\/p>\n
