It seemed the cabin crew didn\u2019t know we landed at Gimpo until passengers told them. (Courtesy of Lee)<br \/>What caused the flight to divert to Gimpo was \u201cturbulence\u201d over Incheon Airport, where it refueled before departing again for Incheon about two hours later at 10:17 p.m., according to the Korea Airports Corporation.<br \/>Lee noted that the crew failed to adequately handle the situation during the two hours before departure for Incheon.<br \/>\u201cThey appeared just as confused as the passengers. No water was offered, and there was almost no food left on board, leaving passengers with children upset.
