I’m proud to be able to give him some throws to make a play on it. A one-handed catch, not much else to say about it. It was pretty sweet.
“Kind of the same type of throw as my first one to him. And he made an even better catch this time. Props to Kayshon for keep on playing. He was huge for us tonight. That receiver room just keeps on doing good things. Good job in the running game. I think I could have more chances downfield and make better throws. But you can’t be too hard on myself and move on to the next one.”
Wide receivers Stefon Diggs and DeMario Douglas also caught touchdown passes in the win, though Boutte led the team with 75 receiving yards on three catches.
Boutte had a phenomenal start to the season but slowed down as he dealt with a hamstring injury and concussion. He finished the year with 33 catches for 551 yards with six touchdowns.
He also had a strong performance in the Patriots’ wild-card win over the Chargers, collecting four passes for 66 yards.

FOXBORO — In most games, Patriots quarterback Drake Maye doesn’t need any help looking like one of the best signal-callers in the NFL.
