Highguard is a bit of a funny one. Like I said, it was announced last month, closing out Geoff Keighley’s trailer-filled extravaganza (which did also feature some awards). Coming from several former Titanfall and Apex Legends developers, Highguard is a PvP raid shooter which will see players „ride, fight, and raid as Wardens“. That is to say, „arcane gunslingers“ who have been sent to fight for control of a mythical continent.
It is set to release on 26th January, however since its slightly underwhelming announcement trailer last month, we have heard very little from the Highguard team. There has been no hype, no new character trailers, no playful social media posts to encourage engagement. Some worried the game wasn’t going to make its initial release date, however its Steam activity has picked up in recent days, and now, we have its PS5 trophy list.
According to Exophase via Gematsu, Highguard will have 33 PS5 trophies in total. These include Plunderer, which is awarded when a player opens and acquires loot from at least 15 chests in a single match, and Animal Control for eliminating 20 enemy mounts.
