\nA 55-year-old woman died after a driver hit her in Bridgewater Tuesday.
Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz identified the victim as Lee Marie Hagerty of Bridgewater.
Hagerty was hit near Route 104 and Vernon Street around 5:15 p.m by a Honda CRV. She died from her injuries after being taken to Boston Medical Center South in Brockton, Cruz said in a statement.
The 63-year-old male driver stopped at the scene, according to Cruz.
The District Attorney\u2019s Office and the Mass State Police were investigating the death.Wareham police seize cocaine
Wareham police arrested Charles Lehr, 53, for allegedly trafficking cocaine last week.
Lehr was arraigned in Wareham District Court Friday on the trafficking charge and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug.
Police arrested Lehr after performing a search warrant of his home and vehicle. According to Lt. Bryan M. Whalen, officers seized about 32 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.Incident Summary
