$\"NewsHub\"$ Happy New Year! And welcome, one and all, to the first topic-picking session of 2017 for Will It Sous Vide? , the weekly column where I make whatever you want me to with my immersion circulator.
We ended 2016 on a sweet note with wine-poached pears , and now I\u2019m itching for a challenge. Some ideas:
