$\"NewsHub\"$ After a barrage of bad news for Windows Phones over the past few weeks, it would seem that some good news is in order. The popular messaging app Viber is getting a hefty update for Windows 10 devices.
Launched in July last year , the UWP app has seen regular updates and improvements at a time when big title apps and games such as Minecraft are abandoning the platform. As Windows Phones become a bare bones version of what it once was and the platform’s app story deteriorates, services such as Viber will become even more vital to keep the UWP platform alive. This update, arguably the biggest for Viber on the platform since its launch, will surely come as welcome news for users.
