Country Music Stars React to Tragic Thousand Oaks Shooting and Send Condolences to Families of Victims

Many country music stars have spoken out and given their support to the victims of the Thousand Oaks shooting.
The country music community is giving their support to the victims of the Thousand Oaks shooting in California.
During a “college country night” at Borderline Bar and Grill, twelve people were killed by a shooter who then turned the gun on himself.
Many of the victims were shocked and were in disbelief that the shooting happened in a state with some of the most strict gun laws in the country.

Many country music stars spoken out and offered support to the victims and their families:
John Rich called for his followers to pray for the families of those killed.

Charlie Daniels focused on the officer shot in the line of duty.

The shooter was found to be a Marine veteran who could have potentially been suffering from PTSD. While authorities are still investigating the situation, this may be an example of a tragedy that could have been prevented if the shooter had gotten help.
