With the release of the G6, LG is already prepping for its upcoming V series handset. The successor to the V20 could arrive with a curved display similar to Samsung’s Galaxy S8 handset.
Although LG just recently released the G6 to retailers, there are already talks about its V series sibling, that is slated to be released later this year.
According to the folks at The Investor, LG Display is preparing to supply Xiaomi and LG with OLED displays, which are expected to start shipping in the next few months. What makes the news interesting is that the displays will be curved, similar to what Samsung has shown off with its recently announced Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.
