According to KDVR, Dayna Jennings has been charged with first-degree murder after deliberation and tampering with a deceased human body for killing her father, 69-year-old William Mussack.
Mussack’s remains were found surrounded by concrete, which Jennings allegedly admitted to pouring, inside a Brighton, Colo., home.
The Federal Heights Police Department told KDVR Mussack and Jennings shared the home in which he was discovered.

Documents obtained by the outlet did not list a cause of death, but noted that family believed Mussack may have been drugged.
The speculation stemmed from a previous incident during which Mussack was found unconscious for 15 hours in December after taking a bite of a hamburger given to him by Jennings.
