The “Anna” actress died Tuesday at 1:50 a.m. PT, with her rep, Michael Greene, confirming the news to TMZ.
Page Six has reached out to reps for comment but didn’t receive any at the time of publication.
Her death comes just two days after her rep told us she had entered hospice care amid her battle with dementia.
“She continues to receive medical care at a private facility where family and friends joined her on Halloween for a birthday celebration,” Page Six was told.
In recent years, the Oscar nominee had been suffering from various health issues.
In 2024, she fractured four bones in her neck, right wrist and left hip. During her recovery, she “developed two separate life-threatening infections,” according to a GoFundMe.
