Just Cause franchise developer Avalanche Studios and Xbox teamed up today to announce Contraband with a cinematic trailer. This will be a smuggling- focused, open world cooperative title.<\/b>
\nA cooperative game based on a brand-new IP was announced at the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase today. Titled Contraband, the game is described as a \u00ab\u00a0co-op smuggler\u2019s paradise\u00a0\u00bb and is being developed by Avalanche Studios. Not much else other than a cinematic trailer was revealed today, which points towards heist of some sort named the Sun River Job. Catch the trailer above. As expected from the Just Cause franchise developer, this will be an open world adventure. Considering we didn’t even get a release window today, it’s unclear how far along the title’s development is. The Xbox and Avalanche Studios partnership means Contraband will be exclusive to Microsoft platforms, and Xbox Game Pass members will be getting it on day one as well.<\/p>\n
