\nSept.25 (UPI) — Netflix announced Saturday it has renewed its fantasy drama, The Witcher, for a third season. \u00ab\u00a0Toss a coin to our growing Witcher universe! We can officially announce The Witcher Season 3, along with a second anime feature film, and a new Kids and Family series set in the world of The Witcher,\u00a0\u00bb the show’s Twitter account said. The Witcher Season 2 is to debut Dec.17. The streaming service released two minute-long clips and a 3-minute trailer Saturday, as well. Based on the book series by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, the show stars Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, Mim\u00ee M Khayisa, Paul Bullion, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich and Declan de Barra.<\/p>\n
