\nThree people \u2014 two passengers and a pilot \u2014 were killed Sunday in a plane crash in northwest Nebraska. According to the Scottsbluff Star-Herald, witnessed reported seeing a fireball or explosion outside Chadron, near the state\u2019s border with South Dakota, at about 7:30 p.m. The National Transportation Safety Board, which is investigating the crash, said the plane, a Cessna T310R, crashed in a rural area about a mile and a half from Chadron Municipal Airport shortly after takeoff. The identities of those killed in the crash have not been released as the investigation continues and the victims\u2019 families are notified. With News Wire Services<\/p>\n
