The boxer’s strength and conditioning coach, Sina Ghami, and his trainer, Latif Ayodele, died in the crash. The three were all close friends.
Joshua was sitting in the backseat when the car he was riding in crashed into a stationary truck on a crowded expressway in Nigeria.
The crash came a little over a week after Joshua won a boxing match with Jake Paul.
Nigerian officials say Joshua went with his mother to a funeral home in Lagos after being released from the hospital to pay his respects to his late friends.<\/p>\n
